Terms of Use​

I. Introduction​

These Terms of Use​ and End-User License Agreement (EULA)​ (collectively, the "Agreement") together with all referenced documents form a legally binding agreement between you as a natural person ("you", "your", or "user") and AI Apps​ ("we", "us", or "our") regarding your access to and use of the AI Apps mobile application software (the "App"). All documents incorporated by reference herein are expressly included in this Agreement.By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, agreed to, and accepted this Agreement, which takes effect on the date of your first use. If you do not agree to all terms, you must immediately cease use and remove the App from your device.

II. Amendments​

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use after amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Review this document periodically for updates.

III. Eligibility Restrictions​

To use the App:

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old.

Minor Users:

Users under 18 must obtain explicit parental/guardian consent​ and supervision.

Users aged 13–17 must:

Confirm parental consent before use.

Possess legal capacity to enter binding contracts under applicable law.

Users under 13 are prohibited from accessing the App.

You affirm compliance with these eligibility requirements.

IV. General Terms​

The App provides dynamic wallpapers, themes, keyboards, and lock screens​ (full features listed on the App Store page). It is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use.

V. Privacy Policy​

Your privacy is protected under our Privacy Policy, which governs data collection and usage. By using the App, you consent to its terms. Disagreement requires immediate cessation of use. View Privacy Policy.

VI. Intellectual Property Rights​

You agree to respect our intellectual property​ (source code, UI/UX design, content, copyrights, trademarks) and that of third parties.License Grant:

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license​ to use the App.

All content (text, images, audio, video) and branding (logos, trademarks) within the App are protected by copyright and international treaties. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercialization is prohibited.

Ownership:

All rights to the App and its components belong exclusively to AI Apps and/or its partners.

VII. Prohibited Conduct​

You agree not to:

Use the App for illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringing activities.

Reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the App.

Distribute, sublicense, or transfer the App to third parties.

Exploit trademarks or content displayed in the App.

Engage in malicious use of the App.

We reserve the right to take legal action against violations. Disputes will be governed by New York State law​ and adjudicated in New York courts.

VIII. Availability & Safety​

System Requirements: Requires iOS 12.0+ and internet access.

Service Guarantees: We do not guarantee compatibility, uptime, or error-free performance.

Update Policy: We may modify or disable features without notice.

User Obligations:

Provide accurate information.

Uninstall the App to terminate use.

IX. Subscription & Payment​

Free Access: Basic features are free.

Premium Features: Subscription plans (weekly/monthly/yearly) require payment via iTunes. Free trials auto-renew unless canceled ≥24 hours before expiration.

Pricing: Varies by region (e.g., $9.99/week USD).

Refunds: Managed by Apple per their policies.

Important Notes:

Auto-renewal must be disabled in iTunes settings before expiration.

Uninstalling the App does not cancel subscriptions.

X. Third-Party Content​

The App may link to external websites/services. We are not responsible for their content. Use such resources at your own risk.

XI. Disclaimer of Warranties​

The App is provided "as-is"​ without warranties of merchantability, fitness, or non-infringement. We disclaim liability for malfunctions, errors, or security vulnerabilities.Apple’s Limited Warranty:

Refunds may be requested through Apple.

Apple assumes no further obligations under this Agreement.

XII. Limitation of Liability​

We assume no liability​ for direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of profits). This includes claims related to third-party content or services accessed via the App.Exclusions:

Apple is not liable for product liability, regulatory compliance, or consumer protection claims.

XIII. Legal Compliance​

You warrant compliance with local laws. Use of the App in embargoed countries or by restricted entities is prohibited.
